This is my family: Lara is my wife and Harley is my daugther, and i... i am ironman.
Their guns were build by me. Lara's guns are two Magnums Desert Eagle (by kamikuzu) scale 1:1. And Harley's popgun is an adaptation from a Colt (also by kamikuzu).
The ironman suit is my two year journey through life size papercraft, the new thing here are the upper arms.

OK, two questions regarded the Ironman Suit!
1: how did you keep your...crotch armour up? (serious question)
2: What materials did you use?

Well, the short is too tight the legs and my butt won't let it go down i think. The round parts on the sides also help a little. By the way the upper legs are firmly attached to the abdomen piece with elastic ribbons and hooks.

The materials are two layers of cardoard, white glue in between and outside, the inside is coated with duct tape in some pieces and recycled tetrapak on other pieces. The exterior is painted first silver then red or gold.
