Hey,

First of all l, great job on the helmet. I've been busy with it for over 3 days now. Its only working, building and sleeping.

But here's my question: i also repasted it on ticker paper. I know now that it was too soft so now i want to glassfiber it only i need te helmet to stay in shape because glassfiber dries very fast. How can i get it to stay in shape?

And what do i do with the gaps in the mask. I know that you madr those gays so the mask would get in shape perfectly. But when i fiber glass it, what do i so with the gaps?

Thanks a million, a big fan from Holland

Sorry, i'm not the right person to answer that question, i don't like/use/promote fiber glass on my builds. But i know there are so many forums out there which may help.

You can't know for sure since i don't have an "inside test", but i can tell you, i'm a big head guy, so it works for most people.

To get a better idea or if you need to scale it down, use pepakura designer to open the PDO file the outside dimmensions appear right away in the status bar.

I've only one question, Joe. When I downloaded the files, it was impossible for me to open/view them. What kind of software do I need to open them?
